The Role:

Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) group within its South Asia Tax & Legal function is ramping up its AI and Analytics capability. As a Senior Executive – Machine Learning & AI, you’ll be a vital part of Deloitte’s efforts to embed AI in its internal operations and client-facing solutions.

You’ll work on:

• Developing and implementing advanced AI/ML models
• Building data pipelines and visualization tools
• Applying deep learning and NLP techniques
• Customizing generative AI (LLMs) for varied business cases
• Deploying models into production using cloud technologies
• Storyboarding insights for business consumption

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML roles
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Version control experience, preferably with Git
• Proficiency in Jupyter Notebooks for experimentation
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker
• Hands-on experience in model deployment
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau, Matplotlib, or building dashboards using Flask or Streamlit
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and storyboarding skills to convert AI output into business insights
